Q3 KITA HR Meeting

The KITA HR Subcommittee members get together for their quarterly meeting on September 6, 2023. This time, First Solar (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. hosted and invited all members to join the session at its facilities. Numerous companies from KHTP participated to share their thoughts, concerns and best practices. Tuan Nor Zulhilmie Bin Mohd Salleh, the Director of Industrial Relations Department Kedah/Perlis, joined us as a special guest. He traveled all the way from Alor Setar, Kedah, to participate in the sharing session with the members. Overall, it was a fruitful sharing session that also aided in the development of strong interpersonal relationships.
